Our many years of experience form the basis for the professional and economically efficient processing of fine-grain structural steels.

Partially and fully automatic welding processes cover MAG, MAG pulse and SAW processes. With recent effect, we are now also able to supply laser-hybrid welded parts. Our CNC-controlled welding robots carry out complex welding tasks with high quality and high repeatability.

Camera-monitored internal welding and automated external welding systems for SAW and MAG welding processes are also part of our production facilities.

We are able to paint parts according to customer wishes in our painting unit.

The subsidiary TEKRA, founded in Gubin, Poland, in 2008, produces components with a unit weight of up 20 t and supplies these to DEPA as well as to external customers directly. All services – from the initial processing, assembly, welding and mechanical finishing and painting – are available from a single source here.
